Inclusive communication involves more than introducing inclusive vocabulary or choosing gender-neutral terms. It is a full recognition of the people we are talking to and who are included in our topic. The experience I have acquired, both in my personal life and within various human rights organizations, not only allows allows me to understand and share the importance of new inclusive communication techniques, but above all to apply them in a progressive fashion, depending on the target audience and with the objective of mutual understanding.
